I loved the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore downtown and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The cleanliness of the space was excellent, and I appreciated the modern facilities, especially the breakfast area which was perfect for starting the day. The staff was friendly, enhancing my overall experience.

The property was clean and staff was affable. As for me, the location was great, near Moody Theater, restaurants and cafes and stores, and the fancy shops on south congress. Downtown Austin district was worth visiting.

Beds were hard.

We recently had a fantastic stay at citizenM. the location was perfect, allowing us to explore nearby attractions and enjoy various bars and restaurants within walking distance. we loved the cozy rooms, which were quiet and comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. the staff were welcoming, and the rooftop area added a nice touch to our experience.

I stayed here for a weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed every moment! The room was clean, spacious enough for our needs, and had a modern, inviting vibe. The bed was comfortable, making it hard to get out in the mornings. From the amazing rooftop pool to the friendly staff, everything was just perfect. I loved having the option of choosing our view at check-in, and the location was fantastic for exploring. The common areas were vibrant, offering plenty of places to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The location was perfect for exploring landmarks like the Texas Music Museum and 6th Street. The hotel vibe was fun, and the staff were friendly. While the room was smaller than expected, the cozy king-sized bed, blackout blinds, and efficient amenities made it a relaxing retreat. The outdoor pool and leisure room added to our enjoyment, and we highly recommend this hotel for families!

I really struggled with the coffee situation-never clear if it was free, just for breakfast, or if I had to pay. Every day brought a different answer, which was super frustrating for such a basic amenity!

I loved the cozy pod-like rooms which reminded me of a cruise ship, perfect for my solo getaway, and the proximity to awesome spots like the Texas Music Museum and the beautiful Austin Central Library made my weekend strolls good.

The location was on point! Super easy to walk to local restaurants and live music venues. I loved the funky vibe of the hotel too-made it feel modern and unique. Plus, the bed was comfy, which is always a win after a long day of exploring!

My stay had some serious issues. The room was tiny, making it hard to stow my stuff. The front desk staff weren't friendly at all, and I had to deal with a broken electrical outlet and a frustrating room switch in the dark. Cleaning only every three days? That’s pretty weird for a hotel. it fell short of expectations.

The King Room was compact but offered a modern design. I did experience issues with poor soundproofing, which impacted my sleep quality. It would be beneficial to improve the water quality as well. It's a decent place for a short stay if you're looking for something unique.
